The Henderson Potter's House website provides public church information, a private prayer-request feature, website analytics, and staff sign-in.
Prayer requests
When someone submits a prayer request, the website may collect the name they provide, optional contact information, the prayer-request text, their confidential selection, and information used to manage the request, such as its submission time, source, and status.
Prayer requests are not publicly readable. They are available only to authorized church staff according to the website's access controls. Authorized staff may read and remove requests.
Spam prevention
The prayer form uses a hidden honeypot field and may store the time of a recent submission in the visitor's browser to discourage rapid repeat submissions.
Website analytics
The site may use Google Analytics to collect general usage information, such as page visits and device or browser information. Prayer-request text, passwords, and authentication tokens should not be sent to analytics.
Staff sign-in
Staff account and sign-in information is handled through Firebase Authentication. Website access also depends on an approved, active staff record in Firestore. Public visitors cannot use staff editing features without that authorization.

Links to maps, social networks, video services, giving services, or other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
